Recently, i asked a similar question with Dragon Age 2 in the question, but i decided to wait on that game. Now im deciding between only these two games. Crysis 2's multiplayer demo was pretty good on the xbox. And the idea of gameplay seems very unique. Homefront is a game that seems just like call of duty but with a meaningful story. i can't find much info on the game, but most of my friends say they will get Homefront. homefront is kinda like battlefield, big firefights, vehicles unique weapons etc.
Now Crysis, If you ever played Killzone its kinda like that, you get your soldier, hes like a super soldier and can upgrade him with useing these special abilities

I honestly think you should just wait til both games come out. Since your friends are getting Homefront, wait til they get ti and see what they think. Or look up some reviews either by IGN or 1Up, different people on youtube. Just see what other people think. It's better then asking people to decide for you...

Should I buy the Xbox 360 Elite Holiday Bundle?
You know, that one that comes with Lego Batman, Pure, a headset, and a controller (plus, of course, the 120GB console).
The console I currently own, some lame 12GB RRoD survivor, is on its last legs (again)... I think it's destroying my discs. I just got Dragon age: Origins 2 days ago and already there are scratches on the disc! I haven't done anything to it, so it's gotta be my console. If I try and talk to anyone in the game it locks up right away, saying my damned disc is unreadable. And that's IF the bloody thing will even start up! My 360 seems to think it's a DVD...
So, what I really what to know is this: If I buy that Elite package for $300, am I going to end up with another worthless machine that'll break in less than a year? Oh yeah, and does that bundle come with any sort of warranty? I got Dragon Age on xbox 360 for christmas and its a really fun game, but I literally have tried beating broodmother like 25 times. I looked up how to beat her on other websites and everyone used their mage. My mages aren't in my party. I am using Alistair, Sten, (that dwarf guy), and my chic who is a rouge. I want an xbox for my birthday on the 22nd and idk what specific features to ask for, so can someone explain why these features are important?
I also want recommendations for games to get. I love RPGs with any fantastical element, mature content preferred since I will be 23 and want to play games with sexual and/or violent content. I played Dragon Age Origins for a little bit and it was freaking amazing, I also have always wanted to try Fable, and I was a huge fan of all the final fantasy games since FFVIII, although so, so many people have given FF13 bad reviews I'm not sure if I want it T.T.
Also, I really want to try mature vampire/werewolf type RPG games especially in a modern setting but idk any good ones because I dont know anyone who plays that type of game. My guy friends mostly play FPS and I'm not really into games that do NOT have a fantastical element.

The new XBOX is awesome what an improvement from the older models, I really think kinect is pushing us into the future of gaming, soon we will have a 100% interactive experience, with great developments like this anything is possible in the future. The only downside is the price for the 250GB system, but its almost a necessity the 4GB bundle just dosent offer enough space, However I actually got mine for basically free all I had to do was sign up for Gamefly, I thought this was a scam but its 100% legit, I did some research and really cant find any negatives about using this method, so before you shell out $400 dollars plus tax check this link out

Hi the GB on the xbox, I found, was kinda useless. I got an xbox last year and I got a nice sized internal hard drive to save about $100. Right now, my xbox has 224GB on it. As of game rec. I don't play many games like that but I used to play world of Warcraft. Dragon age 2 was and is AMAZING. I loved it!!! I really didn't like Fable 2 but it may have been because I didn't like the characters or the graphics. I'm sorry I jump all over the place with my writing... When I bought my xbox, I got a kinect with it. It was really cool at first but the microphone on it echoes your game noises and the camera on it has bad quality. I ended up never using it.

I havent owned a 360 in a few years now so I am pretty far out of the loop. Titles that I have played would include games like Mass Effect (the first, not the second) Borderlands, Fable II, Fallout 3 and New Vegas, Prototype, Halo 3, and Oblivion. Outside of those I haven't played much else. Games made since I had sold mine were spent on friends boxes, etc.
At any rate, I've looked up reviews on a ton of games and although I find a few re-occurring titles, I am still unconvinced that they are worth my money. I see no reason to waste money on games like CoD or Halo Reach solely for the solo play, and I absolutely refuse to deal with prepubescent kids and their squeeky voices via online modes. All genres are open as I have no particular interest in say FPS over RPGs. I am alot more open to multiple genres than I am towards kids who abuse words that they don't even understand.
Right now I am looking at Dragon Age II, Crysis 2, Red Dead Redemption, Gears of War 1 and 2, the Assasins Creed series, and Batman Arkham Asylum.

Mass Effect 2 is a brilliant game and a wonderful follow up to the first game, Red Dead Redemption is definitely a must as it has a great story and many side quests to keep you occupied for at least 40 hours. Arkham Asylum is a very good game in all respects, along with the Gears of War series, in my opinion one of the finest game worlds that has been created. I would recommend Halo: Reach, it's a wonderfully beautiful, well written game to finish off one of the finest series' ever made. Also the Assassins Creed games are just superb, every single one of them is better than the last but they're all very well made. Hope this helps

I love gauntlet: dark legacy, FF10 and 10-2 and the dark cloud games for the ps2, as well as dragon age, knights of the old republic 2, guild wars, Nancy drew, secret files tunguska, and the sims 3 for PC. I've played infinite undiscovery, FF13, and assassin's creed on the 360, but I haven't been satisfied by them!

It still involves guns but it is more about tactically killing someone, or someones, than in MW2 where you just slaughter anything that moves. I don't know much about multiplayer but I heard its pretty sic, but I don't expect it to be better than MW2. try the sequel. what ubisoft did was completely remaster the game so it is a lot more interesting and its not as repetitive as the original.
fable (2) is alright for a while...
the force unleashed is also pretty great, and its got a lot of fun unlockables.
the problem with these titles is decent/low replay value, but i think thats just my impatience due to modern warfare and such.
