Stuck in dragon age and i can't get out?

Okay I am playing the computer game / xbox 360 game dragon age. (on pc) and i am still towards the beginning i have moragin, hataru (my character, archer ) allistar, and the prison guy who killed 8 people, we are all level 8's. I am in the wizard area whatever, where once you enter you can't leave, and i got sent to the fade, defeated all the bosses, came out. and then i went though some rooms, and now i can see where i need to go, but i need to go though this one room first. but to get through, you have to kill 4 of the bad guys and 1 big fire one. but my party is completly INCAPABLE of defeating them. how can i get them strong enough to win while stuck in the dungeon? (i have killed EVERY SINGLE other enemy in the dungeon. help? and don't suggest restarting. i have like, 5 or 6 hours so far %26gt;.%26lt; i know i am not a gamer.. or just any strategies to win? i have only battled them so far like 3 times then i just gave up.Stuck in dragon age and i can't get out?
Don't restart. When facing a tough battle, I find sometimes I need to manually take control of the other characters. Morrigin's Winter's Grasp spell should do tremendous damage to the fire (greater rage) demon, and you need to slay it first. Have everyone focus on it.



Manual control may take a lot of pause-and-go, but you'll administer potions several times. Usually, it is the non-player spellcaster who is not playing as smartly as you, the player, might. Have Morrigan toss every damaging non-fire spell she can at this Rage demon, and then drink potions to restore mana. When the others get hurt, don't use spells to heal but rather drink potions. Morrigan will win this battle for you.



I think I know which room you're in, and it may be possible to just not touch the chest and avoid this battle altogether. However, if you've gotten through the Fade finale, you should be able to win this one.
