Why wont my Dragon Age 2 game load?

I have a saved game on DA2 on xbox 360. but after i downloaded it from the marketplace i cant load the saved game. it comes up saying that i need a title update but where do i get the update from??Why wont my Dragon Age 2 game load?
You need to download the title update online. You should be able to start the game, then it will prompt you to update. If not, there is a rare chance that it is something on the marketplace itself.

Try going to the game listing in the marketplace, under add-ons, and download anything with a controller in front of it (this indicates add-on) that is free. Sometimes, if updates are bigger than 4mb, games will post the update content in the marketplace instead. You should be able to download it off of there. It should say "Content Update" or something like that, but it may not. Just download every free add-on you can, then start up the game.

If that still doesn't work, you can try the forums. Lastly, try contacting EA directly.
