Is Fallout 3 GOTY worth waiting till I get a new PC or buy it now for the Xbox 360 and later on PC?

I swear I've been wanting to get a new PC for at least 3 years, but it'll always come out to $1300! But it's worth it since I want to play games like Dragon Age, Fallout 3, and more upcoming games. So I was at my sister's house and played Fallout 3 GOTY on my nephew's PS3 and was thinking of buying it for my Xbox 360 and if I ever get my new PC I'll buy it for PC out of desperate. But I was thinking, also, that if I do that then I will not play it on the Xbox 360 often, but more on the PC. I swear I want a more living breathing game which is why I download mods that add more random NPCs and graphic enhance.

So now the question that I'm asking to the community: Is it worth waiting for Fallout 3 on the PC because of mods and things that you will not possibly do on a console or buy it now for console and then buy it later for PC. I really need help to decide! But want to play it my way. Thanks in advance......if anyone respond a good answer than not at all.Is Fallout 3 GOTY worth waiting till I get a new PC or buy it now for the Xbox 360 and later on PC?
Fallout 3 with or without the GOTY expansions is, in my opinion, not a very fun game at all. If you want an open world type of game like that, get Oblivion or Skyrim when it comes out.

So, my answer to your question is yes. If you want to get something good out of FO3, get the PC version for mods. The console versions are very bland and glitchy. Is Fallout 3 GOTY worth waiting till I get a new PC or buy it now for the Xbox 360 and later on PC?
Fallout 3 is now so inexpensive (around $30.00 new for the GOTY edition, and even less pre-owned), that I'd say there's no point in waiting.

Once you get your new PC, you can either trade the 360 version in or eBay it.Is Fallout 3 GOTY worth waiting till I get a new PC or buy it now for the Xbox 360 and later on PC?
Just buy it and see what it does!
Fallout 3 is by far one of the most exciting and fun games I've played on xBox360 thus far. There is just so much you can do in this game, with so many different routes you can take in missions, overall story, and leveling up. Don't listen to those 1 star reviews (what an insult), they couldn't be more wrong about this one. I mean it when I say that you would have to hate fun to experience this game and give it anything less than what it deserves. A perfect *5*out*of*5*! Give it a shot, you won't regret it. Bethesda is doing a great job and I can't wait for Skyrim : )
